After graduating from a U.S. university, Cho worked as a manager and planning consultant for the popular YouTube channel Charisma Brothers (1.25M subscribers). He later joined TORIHADA Inc., where he led the launch and rapid growth of PPP STUDIO, a TikTok talent agency that became the No.1 in Japan. He then served as Sales Manager for social media at Collab Asia Inc., a leading YouTube MCN. In 2021, he founded hotice Inc.
Kazuki Kato
Starting career as a milk delivery man, managing yakitori restaurants, and managing music studio, began working for a music advertising agency in 2017. With management of musicians and models, sponsorship sales for music festivals and artists. Then joined the PR team of Akatsuki Live Entertainment, and worked as a sales manager for an art company after. In 2022, joined hotice Inc. as Executive Officer. In charge of Japan business and managements.
Yukako Hasegawa
After graduating from a U.S. college, Yukako gained experience in sales and international corporations in the U.S. before returning to Japan. She worked at TAGZ Inc. and Collab Asia Inc., directing social media operations and marketing projects for domestic and global clients. As a bilingual influencer marketer, she joined hotice Inc. as Director in 2023.
Shohei Otaki
Shohei started his career at a sales subsidiary under Hakuhodo Inc., then joined Star Music Entertainment Inc., where he was involved in talent management and business development. In 2024, he joined hotice Inc. as a Senior Account Executive. A bilingual professional with a TOEIC score exceeding 900.
Jin Hirota
After leaving a Japanese university, Jin moved to the U.S. and graduated from Seattle University. He gained experience working for American companies and later held sales and consulting roles at Fujitsu and Expedia. In 2024, he joined hotice Inc. as a bilingual Account Executive, fluent in both Japanese and English.
Risa Wakana
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture, Risa discovered Double Dutch in university and competed in numerous tournaments, including the world championship. To further promote the sport, she studied abroad in Los Angeles and Canada. Back in Japan, she worked on organizing and producing sports events while also establishing herself as an influencer. In 2024, she joined hotice Inc. as a Creator Relations Manager.
Aki Takaki
Originally from Fukui Prefecture, Aki graduated from a music university and began her career in event production and advertising. She also performed as a member of a self-produced idol group, managing all creative and production aspects, including international performances until 2018. Leveraging her stage experience and communication skills, she has participated in numerous festivals as a performer and speaker. She joined hotice Inc. in 2023 as a Project Manager.
